Cancellation/Transfer Policy
For changes or cancellations, please contact the reservation center at 1-866-644-6727. You may also cancel your reservation online by logging on to your account and viewing reservation details. Changes or cancellations made up to the close of business 15 days or more prior to your arrival date will result in the loss of the $8.25 reservation fee for each reservation. Changes or cancellations made 14 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival date will result in the loss of the rental fee and the $8.25 reservation fee. If you cancel a reservation, the cancelled facility will not be available for reservation until 7am the following morning when new inventories are released. For changes and cancellations of reservations paid by credit card, you will be required to verify the card number. If you reserve a day use facility for the first day it is available for a reservation, you may not make any changes to that reservation, except for the number of occupants, so long as the maximum capacity of the facility is not exceeded.

GIFT CARD	GUEST WHO CANCEL A RESERVATION MAY BE OFFERED THEIR REFUND IN THE FORM OF AN OHIO STATE PARK GIFT CARD, WHICH MAY BE USED FOR FUTURE RESERVATIONS OR AS CASH AT ANY OHIO STATE PARK RETAIL LOCATION AND SELECT CONCESSION OPERATED LOCATIONS.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION	RESERVATION IS FOR 10 AM TIL 10 PM. THE DOOR WILL BE UNLOCKED BY 10 AM. NO KEY WILL BE LEFT; USE CARE NOT TO LOCK YOURSELF OUT. A RESERVATION SIGN WILL BE POSTED IN THE ACTIVITY CENTER THE MORNING OF YOUR ARRIVAL.
MUST READ	GARBAGE IS ON A CARRY-IN/CARRY-OUT BASIS. NO TRASH BARRELS OR DUMPSTERS ARE AVAILABLE. BRING YOUR OWN GARBAGE BAGS.
NO SHOW POLICY	FAILURE TO ARRIVE ON THE DATE OF A RESERVATION DOES NOT CONSTITUTE GROUNDS FOR A REFUND. FEES FOR THE UNUSED RESERVATION WILL BE FORFEITED.
OPEN FIRES	NO FIRES ARE PERMITTED EXCEPT IN DESIGNATED AREAS.
PET INFORMATION	PETS MUST REMAIN ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES. PETS MUST BE ATTENDED AT ALL TIMES.

HAS HEAT AND A/C. 12 TABLES AND ABOUT 45 CHAIRS; TWO COUCHES. GAS LOG FIREPLACE. PROJECTION SCREEN ATTACHED TO CEILING BEAM.
SPECIFIC INFORMATION II	KITCHEN WITH SINK, SMALL ELECTRIC STOVE, REFRIGERATOR, MICROWAVE, TOASTER, SMALL SET OF COOKING PANS, JUST A FEW DISHES AND GLASSES. 2 REGULAR SIZE COFFEE POTS THAT USE FILTERS, PLUS (3) 12-CUP ELECTRIC PERCOLATORS.
