Driving Directions

Located off State Route 2...From I-90W, exit at West Blvd and turn left. West Blvd runs directly into Upper Edgewater Park where the Pavilion is located. From W117th, travel north to Clifton Blvd, turn right to West Blvd and turn left. West Blvd runs directly into the park entrance. From I-71N, take State Route 2 Westbound, take 2nd Edgewater Park exit (stay in curve lane once you see the park or Lake Erie on your right) and make a right turn into the park.

Cancellation/Transfer Policy
For changes or cancellations, please contact the reservation center at 1-866-644-6727. You may also cancel your reservation online by logging on to your account and viewing reservation details. Changes or cancellations made up to the close of business 15 days or more prior to your arrival date will result in the loss of the $8.25 reservation fee for each reservation. Changes or cancellations made 14 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival date will result in the loss of the rental fee and the $8.25 reservation fee. If you cancel a reservation, the cancelled facility will not be available for reservation until 7am the following morning when new inventories are released. For changes and cancellations of reservations paid by credit card, you will be required to verify the card number. If you reserve a day use facility for the first day it is available for a reservation, you may not make any changes to that reservation, except for the number of occupants, so long as the maximum capacity of the facility is not exceeded.

GIFT CARD	GUESTS WHO CANCEL A RESERVATION MAY BE OFFERED THEIR REFUND IN THE FORM OF AN OHIO STATE PARK GIFT CARD, WHICH MAY BE USED FOR FUTURE RESERVATIONS OR AS CASH AT ANY OHIO STATE PARK RETAIL LOCATION AND SELECT CONCESSION OPERATED LOCATIONS.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION	WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS IF WEATHER RELATED!
MUST READ	BANDS, DJS AND SOUND BOARDS THAT PLAY MUSIC ARE NOT PERMITTED. YOU MAY HAVE A SMALL TAPE PLAYER TO PLAY MUSIC BUT IT MUST BE KEPT AT A LEVEL SO IT IS ONLY HEARD INSIDE THE PAVILION.
MUST READ II	DO NOT HANG SIGNS WITH TAPE OR NAILS ONTO THE PAVILION STRUCTURE OR TREES. ALL DIRECTIONAL SIGNS MUST BE ON THEIR OWN POSTS AND BE REMOVED AT THE END OF YOUR EVENT.
NO SHOW POLICY	FAILURE TO ARRIVE ON THE DATE OF A RESERVATION DOES NOT CONSTITUTE GROUNDS FOR A REFUND. FEES FOR THE UNUSED RESERVATION WILL BE FORFEITED.
OPEN FIRES	NO FIRES ARE PERMITTED EXCEPT IN DESIGNATED AREAS.
PET INFORMATION	PETS MUST REMAIN ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES. PETS MUST BE ATTENDED AT ALL TIMES.
RULES	ALL PARK RULES APPLY TO THE DAY USE AREAS.
SPECIFIC INFORMATION	EDGEWATER'S UPPER PAVILION/SHELTER HOUSE HAS AN EAST WING AND A WEST WING WITH RESTROOM FACILITIES LOCATED BETWEEN THE TWO WINGS. THE GENERAL PUBLIC CAN RESERVE ONE WING OR BOTH.
VEHICLES	VEHICLES ARE RESTRICTED TO PARKING AREAS ONLY. NO VEHICLES ARE PERMITTED ON ANY MULTI-USE TRAILS, SERVICE ROADS OR ON THE GRASS FOR LOADING OR UNLOADING PURPOSES.
