System is getting "Timed-out" message
|
Your computer has set idle on one page for 20 or more minutes OR "Cookies"
are disabled - cookies must be enabled for these pages to function correctly

Unable to make reservation
|
Verify that you are using a compatible browser. This is a secure web page that uses
128 bit security. This requires you use Microsoft Internet Explorer, Version 4.1
or higher or Netscape Navigator,Version 4.05 or higher. If you still are unable
to complete a reservation, and you are using one of the above mentioned browsers,
please call

Do not know or have forgotten your password

Click Forgot Password Link, under My Account tab.
Enter your email address and we will email you your Password.

Unable to print your confirmation
|
A confirmation notice will be send to your email address.

Can't find a site that was just available
|
If you added the site to your cart, the site will be in the cart for up to 20 minutes
or until your reservation is completed. The site is not accessible from the website
or call center when it is tied up in a cart. Your reservation must be completed
in this 20 minute window. If the site was not added to your cart, it is possible
someone else has added the site to their cart.

Can't pick a specific site; only see Site Type 1, 2, etc.
|
The park is only accepting site general reservations for your selected dates. Specific
sites will be selected upon arrival at the park. Your reservation will guarantee
a spot in the park, but not a specific site. With site types, the smaller the number,
the smaller the site. Type1 is the smallest and Type 8 is the largest.
